    We use courier post to deliver our parcels world wide.

  • How often should I use this product?

    Our Face Mask is great for all skin types. We recommend using our mask 3-4 times a week to see the best results.

  • How do I use the mask?

    Cleanse your face before applying the mask evenly. Leave it for about 10 minutes until fully dry. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a fresh towel.

  • Does this product treat acne?

    Our product draws out toxins, pollutants, and oils that clog the pores. It can be incorporated into any skin routine but will not cure acne alone.

  • I have sensitive skin. Can I use this product?

    Tommi skin purifying green tea clay mask uses active ingredients to draw out toxins in the skin. It is designed to calm and soothe, great for people with sensitive skin. However we suggest patch testing the mask 48 hours before use on your inner elbow or consult your GP. If irritation occurs do not use.

  • Is your product tested on animals?

    We do not test our products on animals, our products are vegan friendly and animal cruelty free.

  • I'm pregnant. Is it safe to use your product?

    Yes, our products are safe for you to use, they do not contain any chemicals that will harm you or the baby. However, we do recommend seeking your doctors advice prior to usage if unsure.

  • Will I break out after using your mask?

    If you experience a few spots after using the mask, don’t worry, it generally means it is doing its job and you are on your way to clearer skin! Just be sure to moisturise after you have removed the mask.

  • I have eczema / rosacea. Can I still use the mask?

    If you do suffer from either, you may experience a slight tingling sensation on your first use. However, please note it doesn’t contain any ingredients that might trigger eczema or rosacea – everyone is different and everyone’s skin reacts differently to certain skin care products. Therefore, it is best to check with your GP if you have any major concerns and conduct a patch test 24hours before use. It is important to moisturise after removing the mask!
